The latest poster campaign by English National Ballet is using a QR and short-code URL service. The campaign promoting Roland Petit’s Carmen, showing at London Coliseum from 21st to 24 July 2011 provides an opportunity to gather data about QR Code usage.
QR code analytics are being used on a growing number of poster, brochure and social media campaigns within the tourism and entertainment sector. The system identifies the type of phone being used to scan the code. its operating system, browser type and its approximate geographic location.

Customers scanning the QR code on ENB posters located at key London Transport sites gain access to a discounted ’2 for 1′ ticket offer, representing a great opportunity to see the revolutionary work of France’s most famous choreographer in London’s West End.
