A Royal limousine ferries the Queen and Prince Philip past the Tavern in the Town pub on Parliament Street, which is bedecked in patriotic bunting.

The ‘Tavern in the Town’ was called The Three Crowns before 1970.

HRH the Prince of Wales and Princess Diana also visited the city in 1985.
