This well-known family business was Nottingham’s largest Ford Car Dealership.

The Hooley’s site dominated a large area at the top of Derby Road and the Ropewalk for many years. The site is currently being re-developed as luxury apartments.

In 1981 a new Ford Escort van cost just £2,850.
