In the 1980’s, shops such as Top Man, Carnaby Styles, Nicklebys and Ciro Citterio catered for gents’ fashion.

Increasing use of credit-cards and the introduction of store-cards made fashion items more readily available to people of all ages. Though this mature gentleman appears to be wearing a rather incongruous mix of garments.
