As a young teenager I had one of those 110-format cameras. It was a cheap plastic thing and probably came back from a family holiday in Skegness. Normally, cameras would only come out during the summer holidays, but I took it to school on several occasions to capture our breaktime lunacy. Though the quality is dubious, the pictures capture school life in a way that no official school photograph ever could.

These photos were originally pasted into a photo-album that was signed and captioned by schoolfriends. The album was circulated among our group of friends and selected 'friendly' teaching staff. Captions (usually relating to the fictional dynasties of Ramon Frith and Kevin Smith) have been reproduced where appropriate.
